Womens Butt and Leg Workout in the Gym Day 2

Do the day 1 workout on Monday or Tues, then rest a few days and do the day 2 workout on Fri or Sat. Do that for 3-4 weeks and you’ll see great results.
In this Butt and Leg Gym workout the ladies start off with side step ups for as many as they can. This warms up their legs and butt. Then they do side to side curtsy lunges for as many as they can. Next they go straight into body weight squats for as many as they can. Next side squats for as many as they can. Then high step ups. Do 2 sets of all these exercise for as many as you can.
They finish the workout with a butt isolation exercise for 15-20 reps each leg 3 sets.
